On September 24, 2025, GENEX joined forces with DEMOQUAS and TOSCA (PROFACTOR) for a webinar titled “Advancing Digitalization and Composite Technologies for Safer, More Sustainable Aviation.” The session showcased innovations in digital tools, sensor technologies, and recyclable composite materials.

The webinar emphasized how digital tools and sensor-based solutions are transforming aircraft design and maintenance, improving reliability and reducing costs through predictive strategies.
Showcasing GENEX at EASN Conference
At the 15th EASN International Conference in Madrid (October 14–17, 2025), GENEX hosted three sessions covering:
- Smart Manufacturing in AFP: Predicting composite quality using process data.
- Sustainability and Circularity: Life cycle assessment and digital-assisted repair for thermoplastic composites.
- Structural Health Monitoring (SHM): Optimizing sensor data for predictive maintenance.
GENEX Final Event in Zaragoza
Scheduled for February 17–18, 2026, the GENEX Final Event will feature:
- Technical presentations and live demonstrations.
- Roundtable discussions on digitalization and sustainability.
- Technical visits at ITA and Teruel Airport. This event marks the successful conclusion of GENEX and its contribution to smarter, greener aerospace manufacturing.
