The 13th EASN International Conference on "Innovation in Aviation & Space for Opening New Horizons" will take place in Salerno, Italy from September 5–8, 2023, and GENEX members are more than excited that will be participating. More specifically, in the frame of this renowned event, GENEX is one of the projects that will be presented in the session on the digitalization of manufacturing, sustainable manufacturing, and MRO that is being hosted by the European Climate, Infrastructure and Environment Executive Agency (CINEA). The rest of the participating projects are CAELESTIS, MORPHO, INFINITE, DOMMINIO, and SUSTAINair. Our similar high-level goals are the motive towards the development of game-changing technologies in the field driven by a team spirit.
Renowned figures from the European aviation and space industries, including representatives from academia, business, the scientific community, and government, will provide thought-provoking Plenary Talks during the conference. This remarkable gathering of professionals will promote information sharing and influence the direction of innovation in the aviation and space sectors.
Additionally, the conference offers a stage for researchers and scientists from around the world to present their most recent discoveries, during sessions guided by internationally well-known professionals. It intends to be a center for the exchange of knowledge, fostering teamwork, and examining new trends in aviation and space research.
The conference's emphasis on dissemination and exploitation will highlight the accomplishments of the European aviation and space research community while fostering dialogue among attendees about current trends, unmet needs, and prospective synergies. In addition, projects for developing policy will outline the strategic priorities for the European aviation industry.
